Robbins Sports offers in-house decoration services so you can outfit your team or group conveniently, affordably and professionally. Names, numbers, logos and other graphics can be applied using a variety of trusted techniques, including heat seal, screen print and embroidery. Here is what you need to know:

How Long Will My Order Take?

Most custom orders are completed and delivered to you in 2-3 weeks. If you need it quickly or have a firm deadline please let us know. We'll do our best to meet your needs.

Shipping Custom / Decorated Orders:

We perform decoration work right here at our Salt Lake City facility, where we can ensure the quality and timely delivery of all custom orders. For most custom orders, the items are shipped from the warehouse to our decoration shop first, and then to you once all work is completed. Shipping charges for orders requiring decoration are simply 1.5 x the 'regular' rate. The regular rate is easily determined by clicking 'Calculate Shipping' once your items have been placed in the shopping cart. For example, an order that regularly ships for $11.20 would ship for $16.80 if it includes decoration.

Team Uniforms:

Most team orders that require player names and numbers, and/or team names and logos, are completed using the heat seal method. High-quality vinyl is precision-cut by computer and then bonded to the garment with heat. The result is uniforms that are affordable, durable and attractive!

Low Prices: The cost for basic, one-color names and numbers is based on the size of the order and the number of vinyl placements. A 'placement' is a name, number or logo. For example, a jersey with a player name and number on the back, and a team name on the front, would have 3 placements. See below:

Embroidery:

Embroidery is often the preferred choice for decorating bags, jackets and hats. Your logo or design will be digitized and stitched using our professional embroidery technology and equipment. Please call or email us to place your custom embroidery order. We will review and confirm everything with you so there are no surprises. If possible, please email your design to us. We keep all designs on file so repeat orders are easy. For most 'typical' designs (meaning sized for a hat or left-chest logo) we offer the low prices below. The digitizing fee is only $12.00 per order.

Screen Print:

For orders that are very large or involve a unique design and/or many colors screen printing may be your best choice for achieving the results you want at an affordable price. Please call or email us with the details of your order and we will provide a detailed quote. If you have a specific design that you want screen printed please email it to us, in vector format (for example: .psd or .art file) if possible.
